I am aware that in terms of the Holiday's Act, I have no entitlement for Annual Leave until the first Anniversary of me starting work. I am aware that the decision to grant "Annual Leave in Advance" is at the discretion of the employer. Should my application be approved, I agree to my employer making deductions from my final pay to recover any overpayment of holiday pay that results from taking annual holiday in advance.
